    Friends of the Calumet Public Library
    Second Tuesday of every other Month @ 5:30 p.m. in the Library


    The CLK School District seeks an individual to serve on the CLK Public School Library Advisory Board.  The Library Advisory Board helps guide library policy and advises the Library Director.  The Board meets every two months from September through May.  Applicants must be a resident of the CLK School District.  The term of service is two years.  Applications are due by September 1, 2017.


    You can pick up an application at the circulation desk in the Library.

    Would you like to win a bike?  If you are between the ages of 6-14 and a resident of Houghton, Keweenaw and Ontonagon County here's how:


    Between May 15th and August 2nd, Read a book, or several books.  Turn in your completed entry forms to the library.  Each book read = one chance to win (20 books = 20 chances)!


    Drawing will be held on August 10, 2017.  Forms can be picked up in the Public Library or the CCISD.  A minimum of 20 bikes will be given away.
