Fisher graduated from Michigan Tech with a B.S. in Industrial Management. He joined Upper Peninsula Power Co. in 1963 and in the ensuing 38 years rose to become President and Chairman of the Board. Clarence has served on many professional and community organizations including the Keweenaw Historical Society and the Central Mine Restoration. Clarence and his wife Yvonne sponsor a scholarship to Michigan Tech’s School of Business for CHS graduates.
