CLK Virtual Programs offers a range of education options for your student. We understand that all children do not learn the same and that having a customizable option that best suits the needs of your unique student can be beneficial throughout their educational career. Below we have given a run down of what types of options are available to you and your student depending on which type of enrollment path you choose to follow.
Full-Time Students
Full time students are students taking
core and electives
through CLK Virtual Programs.
Online
courses provide students the flexibility to work
anywhere and anytime that works for them. Courses taken
through UPVA are no cost to the families, up to 12
semester courses per student per year. Each online
course has a content expert teacher to assist students.
Students will also be assigned a local mentor teacher
who will have regular contact with the student, and
monitor their progress and grades.
Shared Time Students
Shared time students are students taking
only electives through
CLK Virtual Programs.
CLK Virtual
Programs partners with the following organizations to
provide quality elective options to pair with your own
curriculum for your students. Our virtual electives have
a range of Optional Learning Experiences (OLEs) that
include: instructor led classes (both in person and
virtual), self directed learning (both at home and in
our community).
