President’s Award for Family Support of Combat Wounded Son and Brother
The family has assisted their son and brother in dealing with life after Neil suffered serious combat wounds in Viet Nam. Neil’s insistence on leading an independent life, although blind, has resulted in the entire family contributing to building The Sandy Peebles Golf Course and many other projects that would have been a daunting task for any family.
