General Rogers is a leader in both his military and civilian careers. He serves his country as a member of the Michigan Army National Guard, and as adjutant general for the State of Michigan. Dr. Rogers also serves as director of the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center in Warren, Michigan.
