Announcements 9/23/24
In football on Friday night, Varsity fell to Menominee.
On Saturday, JV volleyball split at the Hancock tournament and fell in the semifinals.
Reminder that there will be a meeting for all seniors at 10:30 in the Upper Commons.
Athletic eligibility checks will begin on Monday, September 30th. Athletes must be passing 25 credits to be eligible for that week.
School pictures will be taken on Monday September 30th. (forms will be handed out this hour) Everyone will need to get a picture taken, even if you are not purchasing them.
Any sophomores interested in taking the PSAT/NMSQT at the end of October should sign up in the second-floor office by noon today.
Do you know stuff? If you do, you'll want to join the Quiz Bowl Team. Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:35 AM and Wednesdays after school until 4:00 PM in Room 201. Come one, come all and bring your friends.
The organizational meeting for the Business Professionals of America Chapter will be on Thursday, September 26th at 3:30 in Mr. Goke's room. The only requirement to join BPA is that you are in or have taken a business class in high school. All seniors are eligible to join as Personal Finance meets that requirement. If you are planning on a career in business, the health field or computers or if you have no idea what you are planning to do after high school, we encourage you to join. As just about every student will experience some aspect of business in their lifetime, it's a great opportunity for you all. We hope to see you there!
